At Luvea, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a clear and fair return and refund process. Please read this policy carefully before requesting a return.
How to Start a Return
Step 1 - Contact Us First
Email us at support@luvea.com within the applicable return window. Please include the following in your message:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return
- The reason for your return
- Clear photos of the item(s)
Our support team will respond within 1-2 business days with approval and next steps.
Step 2 - Pack and Ship Your Items
Once your return is approved, carefully package your items in their original packaging with all tags and labels attached. Ship to the address provided by our team. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Luvea is not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.
Return Policy - 14 Days (Standard)
You may return your order within 14 days of the delivery date (based on tracking confirmation) for a full refund. Returns are only processed after physical inspection of the returned items.
Items must meet all of the following conditions:
- Unworn, unwashed, and unused
- Free from stains, odors, or any alterations
- Returned in original packaging with all tags and labels attached
Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 7-14 business days, including the original shipping fee paid at checkout. Return shipping costs remain the customer's responsibility.
Extended Return Policy - 15 to 30 Days
As a goodwill gesture beyond standard statutory rights, Luvea accepts returns between day 15 and day 30 after delivery under the following conditions:
- Items must still be in original, unused condition with all tags attached
- Monetary refunds are only available if the product has a confirmed manufacturing or quality defect
For returns due to sizing issues, change of mind, or delayed delivery (without a confirmed defect), we offer:
- Exchange for another product of equal or greater value
- Full store credit valid on any future purchase
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene, safety, and industry-standard reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances:
- Pierced jewelry (earrings, nose rings, and similar items)
- Beauty, cosmetics, or skincare products
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance"
- Gift Cards
Important Notes
- Return shipping costs are always the customer's responsibility, except in cases of confirmed product defects
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- Customs duties or handling fees for international returns are not covered by Luvea
- Returns sent without prior approval or to an incorrect address will not be accepted
- Minor variations in measurements (plus or minus 1-3 cm) or color differences due to screen settings or lighting are not considered defects
Refund Timeline
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 7-14 business days to your original payment method. If your bank or payment provider takes additional time, please contact them directly. We will notify you by email once your refund has been issued.
Chargebacks and Disputes
By placing an order with Luvea, you agree to follow our return process before initiating any dispute or chargeback with your bank or payment provider. Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may result in restrictions on future purchases. In the event of a dispute, we will provide proof of delivery, order details, communication records, and this policy as evidence.
