Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 24 to 48 business hours after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed Monday to Friday are typically processed the same day or the next business day
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order is dispatched.
Estimated Delivery Times
Once your order has been dispatched, estimated delivery times are:
- Standard delivery: 3 to 9 business days (most regions worldwide)

Worldwide Shipping Availability
We deliver to almost every country worldwide. A small number of remote areas and isolated islands may have delivery restrictions. If your country and address appear at checkout, we ship to you - no exceptions.
Order Changes and Cancellations
We understand that plans change. You have up to 24 hours after placing your order to request a modification or cancellation.
Important exceptions:
- If your tracking number has already been generated or your order has been handed to the courier - even within 24 hours - we are unable to cancel or modify the order
- Once an order enters the shipping process, cancellations are no longer possible

Tracking Your Order
As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a direct link to monitor your shipment in real time. You can also track your order directly on the carrier's website using the tracking number provided.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at support@luvea.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. Include your order number and photos of any damage. We will resolve the issue promptly at no additional cost to you.
